The substantial homes of Sereno Pointe are set on large wooded home sites in southwest Titusville, Florida. The small neighborhood is within two miles of downtown, yet the surrounding woods give it a secluded feeling. Much of the forest bordering the homes is protected by a conservation easement and can never be developed.

Local children attend excellent public schools. South Lake Elementary offers classes in art, music, and dance as well as academics. Students continue on to Andrew Jackson Junior High and Titusville High. Parochial and independent schools are also nearby.
The Titusville campus of Brevard Community College is three miles away. The two-year college offers academic transfer courses and vocational courses such as Law Enforcement training. The campus in Melbourne holds a noted performance venue and the Cocoa campus has a planetarium and astronomical observatory.
Downtown Titusville is an interesting shopping destination for residents of Sereno Pointe, with many unique small shops. Other possibilities include the shops in and near the Searsville Mall on South Street, within a mile of the neighborhood.
About 40 miles north of Titusville is the pretty beach town of New Smyrna Beach. Here, there is beach walking, fishing, kayaking, surfing, and Indian River cruises. There is even a water taxi out to Ponce Inlet, where the river meets the sea and the tallest lighthouse in Florida stands. Sereno Pointe is also an excellent jumping-off point for adventures on the Space Coast of Florida.
