The Royal Villas residential neighborhood sits approximately two miles southwest of downtown Titusville, Florida. The community extends along the southwest side of Harrison Street, just east of South Park Avenue. Nearby neighborhoods include Lakefront Estates and Ravenswood.
Residences are attached townhomes primarily constructed during the early 1980s. Residents are provided with a private parking lot and a sidewalk that extends the length of Harrison Street. The area is well-maintained and dotted with large oak trees.
Near the southeast corner of Royal Villas is the north end of the Royal Oak Resort and Golf Club. This semi-private facility provides an array of amenities, including an 18-hole championship course, an Olympic-size pool, a restaurant, and facilities for special events. Residents also live less than two miles northwest of the La Cita Golf and Country Club, which has many of the same offerings as Royal Oak, as well as a health club.
Various shopping venues sit within walking distance. A large chain supermarket is situated about an eighth of a mile east of the community and a few hundred feet farther east, near the Harrison Street/Bama Avenue intersection, are a pharmacy, a bank, and small shopping center.
Within a two-mile radius of Royal Villas are Riverview Elementary School, Andrew Jackson Middle School, and Titusville High School. For private education, the Park Avenue Christian Academy lies about a half-mile southwest of the community.
Extending along the eastern shore of the Titusville area is Indian River, less than two miles east. Residents have easy access to fishing and boat ramps at Sand Point Park. Space View Park sits only a few miles northeast of the neighborhood.
