Quail Hollow is a neighborhood located in the Palm Bay area of Florida. It is made up of single-family, ranch-style residences and condominiums.
The community is bounded by Port Malabar Boulevard Northeast to the west and south, and by Babcock Street Northeast and Palm Bay Road Northeast to the east and north respectively. Homes in the community are priced from around $75,000 to $88,000.
Residents are close to both shopping and eating as Chili’s Bar and Grill is located in the neighborhood in addition to the discount retailer K-mart. Locals can also access area parks and attractions via I-95 quite readily. Locals like visiting the nearby Brevard Zoo, which features animals from the local area, such as alligators and crocodiles, and animal species from Australia and Latin America too. Zoo guests like feeding the birds in the aviary and visiting the rhino habitat as well as kayaking through the zoo’s designated wetland area.
With the beach nearby and the number of parks that are situated close to the neighborhood, residents of Quail Hollow have a variety of activities from which to choose. Parks make it possible for locals to hike, fish, swim and surf, or to observe the various birds that visit the community. The arctic tern stops over in this part of Florida on its migration between the North and South Poles.
