Lincoln Park is a residential community located near the southwest corner of downtown Titusville, Florida. The neighborhood’s boundaries are Queen Street at the north, South Deleon Avenue on the east side, Day Street to the south, and Elizabeth Avenue on the west. Nearby communities include Gibson Park, Kings Court, and Kings Court Heights.
Residences are single-family structures situated on well-maintained lots. The established community is lined with oaks, palm trees, and natural greenery. The area is pet- and pedestrian-friendly with sidewalks lining each street. Although the area can be accessed from all sides, primary access is on the east side along South Deleon Avenue.
Situated on the northeast corner of Lincoln Park, at the South Deleon Avenue/Queen Street intersection, is Lincoln Park Grocery, providing residents with quick access to shopping. South Deleon Avenue also extends along downtown’s west side, offering an easy route to the downtown area. Downtown is home to an array of shopping and dining establishments, as well as the North Brevard Historical Museum and Titusville Playhouse.
East and northeast of downtown Titusville are Space View Park and Sand Point Park. They are situated on the Indian River and give access to various outdoor activities. A. Max Brewer Memorial Parkway, which takes residents to Kennedy Space Center, lies between the two parks.
The Indian River is located less than a mile east of Lincoln Park. Residents will find a host of popular eateries and locally-owned businesses in this area, along with Titusville High School. Other public schools serving the community include Riverview Elementary and Andrew Jackson Middle Schools. The Titusville Public Library is ideally located just west of the high school.
