Residences within Kings Court are primarily stucco and concrete block homes. This is one of Titusville’s older neighborhoods with some of the homes’ construction dating back to the 1950s. This is a well-established area with many large, Florida live oaks, palm trees, and tropical greenery. Although Kings Court does not provide sidewalks, the area along Bama Avenue is lined with sidewalks on both sides of the street.
Bama Avenue extends south to Harrison Street, where residents will find a variety of shopping venues. A large chain grocery store and pharmacy are less than a mile south of the Kings Court community. South Deleon Avenue runs along the neighborhood’s east side where more shopping choices are available. The Indian River lies approximately one mile east of the neighborhood. There are various dining facilities located between this section of Kings Court and the river.
Also located near the river and roughly one mile from Kings Court is Titusville High School. Riverview Elementary and Andrew Jackson Middle Schools are both within two miles south of the community.
