Kings Court Heights is a small residential neighborhood that extends along a section of Kings Court in Titusville, Florida. Kings Court is an L-shaped street that covers both Kings Court Heights and Kings Court itself. Kings Court Heights is situated on the section of the street running from Day Street to the bend in the road that turns west. Just past the bend, the neighborhood is simply known as Kings Court.
Residences within Kings Court Heights are of modern stucco construction and are on average-sized lots. The area is well-established, with large oak trees and tropical landscapes. Unlike the section of Kings Court that turns to the west, this portion is pedestrian-friendly, with sidewalks lining both sides of the street.
Lincoln Park neighborhood borders Kings Court Heights to the east. Lincoln Park is adjacent to South Deleon Avenue, which runs to the north along downtown Titusville’s west side. This major thoroughfare leads to various dining and shopping options convenient to community residents. A local supermarket is a few blocks northeast, near the intersection of South Deleon Avenue and Queen Street.
For outdoor recreation, Sand Point Park and Space View Park are less than two miles to the southwest. Both waterfront parks are adjacent to the Indian River. Popular activities include walking, picnicking, and fishing. The area southwest of Space View Park is home to the North Brevard Historical Museum and the Titusville Playhouse.
Public schools near Kings Court Heights include Riverview Elementary, Andrew Jackson Middle, and Titusville High Schools. The high school is located approximately one mile southeast of the community, near the Indian River shoreline. The elementary and middle schools are within two miles.
