Rockledge’s Casa Loma neighborhood sits right in the middle of city’s business district off of Cogswell Street. Although the neighborhood bears no signs announcing its title, the Casa Loma occupies a remote location with no through traffic; it also includes sidewalks.
The main street into the neighborhood dead-ends in a park that is quite popular for its sports fields, which consist of tennis courts, a soccer field, a baseball field, and even a picnic area.
Heading east about 30 minutes away are the beaches, a surf shop, miniature golf, and arcades. Less than 10 minutes north of Casa Loma is Cocoa Village, and Orlando is only about a 45-minute drive away.
The Golfview Elementary and Rockledge High schools both sit within walking distance. Although it’s a little further away at about two and a half miles, the McNair Middle School offers bus transportation to the students in Casa Loma.
All the necessities of living are within 10 minutes of Casa Loma. Within a five-minute drive of Casa Loma is a doctor’s office, banks, gas stations, fast food, and a grocery store.
