If a pet is acquired after you move-in and we allow the animal, you are required to make proper arrangements with the office immediately or you will be in violation of your lease. All residents with pets are required to submit a veterinarian statement establishing the general health, breed or breed mix of the pet and the proof of current rabies shots and licenses required by law. Support Animals: If the animal is a service animal for a disabled person, you are not required to post an animal deposit, and breed restrictions do not apply. A completed and signed Letter Regarding Support Animals from a qualified professional verifying the need for the service animal along with proof of current rabies shots and licenses (if legally applicable) is required. We allow a maximum of two pets per apartment. Breed restrictions apply Please keep in mind if you live in a community that allows pets, the pet owner(s), not Monogram Apartment Collection or the Owner is liable for the actions of the pet.
