The Walker House is an iconic location downtown; this house is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and was built in 1887 as a railroad hotel. It features an art gallery, a museum, and a gift shop.
The Western Art Show and Gala Garden Affair showcases over 200 works of art over a multi-day event that also includes dinners, an auction, workshops, and seminars. Western Days is an exciting annual event that includes vendors, crafts, contests, a parade, a rodeo, and cowboy reenactments complete with shootouts.
