The College/Glen neighborhood is a community that includes parts of College Greens and Glenbrook. In terms of location, the neighborhood is set in the eastern part of Sacramento, California’s capital. The College/Glen neighborhood is surrounded by several area parks, which range in size and proximity. These include Glenbrook Park, Oki Park, Jefferson School Park, and Granite Regional Park. Shopping opportunities can be found at the College Greens Shopping Center. In addition, residents are able to attend school at nearby California State University at Sacramento.

Residents have access to a light rail system, which services a number of locations throughout Sacramento. A number of surrounding freeways provide residents with access to the rest of California. The closest freeway is the El Dorado Freeway, which connects to Interstates 5, 80, and 305. In addition, residents can drive to the northwest part of the city and utilize the Sacramento International Airport for more distant travel.
