Malibou Meadows neighborhood is located in Calabasas, California, roughly 30 miles west of Los Angeles. Calabasas is located in Los Angeles County, in the southwestern hills of the San Fernando Valley.

One of the most popular public outdoor areas is the Juan Bautista de Anza Park. The park is less than a tenth of a mile from Malibou Meadows, which places it within perfect walking distance. Here you can also find art, dance, and music classes. The NoHo Arts District is 22 miles northeast of the community.
Children of Malibou Meadows attend school within the Las Virgenes Unifold School District, particularly Lupin Hill Elementary School, located two miles from the neighborhood; A.E. Wright Middle School, located one-half mile from the neighborhood; and Indian Hills High School, located one mile from the neighborhood.
