As a quiet city in the north corner of Orange County, California, La Habra doesn’t offer the glitz, movie stars, and tourists found in other Orange County cities. It’s a peaceful suburban community with excellent schools, entertaining festivals, and 20 parks.
Of course, if you are feeling a little star-struck, Los Angeles is a short, 20-mile drive away. Anaheim, home to tourist attractions such as Disneyland, is just seven miles south of La Habra. But when you are ready to leave the frenetic pace of LA or the busy theme parks of Anaheim, La Habra is your oasis.
Enjoy the outdoor activities of the mountains, beaches, or desert? All are easily reached from La Habra in less than an hour. La Habra’s parks, tennis center, community theater, and children’s museum are all great backyard destinations.
The Boulevard of the Bells is La Habra’s historical corridor with replica 1906 bells placed at historical sites. There’s also a well-known corn festival, and La Bonita Park hosts the Disney Citrus Classic Softball Tournament.
Check out the city of La Habra and enjoy your corner of California.
