The Ventana De Sabino Villas neighborhood is the gateway to the Sabino Canyon Communities. These attractive Villa townhomes are perfect representatives of the sprawl of luxury homes that rest behind it. Mingled among the Catalina Foothills in the 85750 zip code, with the breathtaking silhouette of Mount Miguel in the background, the neighborhood is centrally located for residents with an active lifestyle.

The neighborhood has its northern boundary of Cam Del Nordeste, with the eastern line of North Passeo De La Terraza, which turns to follow the southern border. The western front of North Calle Del Rocio also curves along the southern line as it meets North Passeo De La Terraza in the middle.

The Ventana De Sabino Villas Neighborhood is not all about the view, however, as the surrounding areas are brimming with activities. The Ventana Canyon Golf Club lies to the north, with the Arizona National Golf Club to the east, the Golf ’n’ Stuff Family Fun Center to the south, and the La Paloma Country Club to the west. Both the Ventana Shopping Plaza and the Bel-Air Shopping Plaza lie further to the west.

The neighborhood’s homes are townhomes, but are designed with a crafty angle that takes away the typical stacked appearance and puts a fresh spin on an old concept. The circular roadway is stretched out to a lean curve, while the forced perspective of the squared property gives a spacious feel to the neighborhood, as each property is more recessed then the one previous.

The divided lanes at the entrance of the Ventana De Sabino Villas Neighborhood, mixed with the presence of natural desert landscaping, give the illusion of a gated community, although no gates exist. Surrounding the homes is the comfort of cooling green trees. Although there are no sidewalks, the neighborhood pool welcomes all new visitors to the area.
