The sections share shares East Snyder Road as a common thread and yet meet at their northeast / southwest corner. The northern side hugs the Sabino Canyon High School Campus, while the southern side meanders back toward the city.

The northern section of the neighborhood is smaller and bounded by the school campus to the north. The southern border is East Snyder Road, with North Bowes Road closing the west.

There is plenty for the residents of both sides of East Snyder Road to do around the neighborhood. The Arizona National Golf Club is to the north, and the Agua Caliente Park to the east. Kirk Bear Canyon Library is directly to the south the Plaza Paloma Shopping Center is to the west.

The majority of the homes here are ranch-style homes with a few variations added to the mix for flair. Each property provides a great view of the majestic Santa Catalina Mountains. The homes utilize water-saving desert landscape, while leaving the natural desert between the houses undisturbed.

There are no sidewalks or bike lanes through the neighborhood, which forces the pedestrians, cyclists and vehicles to use caution as they share curved roads lined with large cactus, sagebrush and mesquite trees that hamper the line of sight.
