Sunrise Springs is a condominium community that is located in the Catalina Foothills of Tucson. Bounded by Swan Road to the West, Pontatoc Road on the east and East Sunrise Drive on the north, the framed stucco apartment-type homes are comprised of vacationers and permanent residents.

Natural desert blooms, such as Arizona poppies, desert lupines, desert paint brush and marigolds populate the area too.
