Mcafee is a neighborhood in Tucson, Arizona, located in the northwest part of the city, west of Interstate 10. The area is bordered on the north by West McAfee Road. The main road through the neighborhood is North Sanders Road.

To the east of this area are the Tucson Mountains. Two roads cross the mountain passes: North Kinney Road in the south and West Picture Rocks Road to the north. Desert Winds Elementary School is located south of the area, as is Picture Rocks Intermediate School.

Residents enjoy the Picture Rocks Community Center and District Park. The park, located on North Sanders Road, provides a summer camp program for children ages five to thirteen, including activities such as crafts and sports. The Community Center offers an after-school program for children ages five to thirteen, as well, providing homework help and a reading program along with sports and craft programs. A senior group meets here weekly, and fitness classes are also provided. Alcoholic Anonymous and ESL groups also hold meetings here, as do a quilter’s club and the Boy Scouts.

Tucson Mountain Park is not far away, nor is the Old Tucson Studios. The Old Tucson Studios is a replica of an old frontier town that has been used in many movies. Live shows are held here and the venue can be rented for special occasions, such as birthday parties. Tucson Mountain Park is a 20,000-acre preserve filled with Saguaro cactus. Visitors can ride horses, bikes, picnic, hike, or camp here. An archery range is located here for additional outdoor fun.
