Children can attend The International School for Peace, which is highly regarded for its Spanish immersion program. They may also attend Ventana Vista Elementary School, Sunrise Drive Elementary School, and Lamb’s Gate Christian School. Middle school students can attend St. Gregory College Preparatory School. Older teens can attend Catalina Foothills High School or Sabino High School.

Some residents are members of the Skyline Country Club, which is within walking distance southwest of Finisterra. It offers a sprawling, 18-hole professional golf course, tennis courts, a state-of-the-art fitness center, special interest clubs, special event facilities, on-site dining, and a luxurious clubhouse.
