The Desert Haven neighborhood is situated south of the Tucson International Airport and Davis Monthan Air Force Base. It is strategically located between Interstate 19 on its west side, and Interstate 10 on its east side.

Colossal Cave Mountain Park, listed in the National Register of Historic Places, is an exquisite destination for people of all ages. Visitors to the park enjoy visiting museums, riding horses on trails, and camping.
