The legendary “hanging tree” still stands, supposedly once used for executions. The park is the largest National Register Historic Place site east of the Mississippi.

Bellingrath Gardens delights visitors year round – there’s always something in bloom. The 65-acre estate and 10,500 square foot home are very popular, drawing visitors from around the nation.
