Resident shall pay a Non-Refundable pet fee of $300.00 for each pet. Resident is limited to two pets. In the case of fish tanks, the monthly pet fee will be required for fish tanks 50-gallons or larger. Resident shall maintain such license and inoculation and furnish documentation to Landlord upon request. All pets must wear any tags, identification and other items required by applicable law. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO RUN LOOSE AT ANY TIME. Residents may exercise pet(s) only in areas designated by Landlord for that purpose. Dogs must be kept on a leash of ten (10) feet or less in length when outside the Premises. No pet may be leashed to a stationary object. No pet may be left unattended outside the premises, or on a deck or patio. No one may breed pets commercially within the Property. Residents who do not remove pet waste will be fined a minimum of $25 per occurrence. Landlord may deduct from the Security Deposit all costs and expenses incurred in repairing damage caused by the pet including removal of pet odors and extermination. Acceptable pets include only domestic dogs, cats, caged birds or fish. Unacceptable pets include but are not limited to: Pit bulls, Rottweilers, Chow-Chows, Dobermans and other known aggressive breeds, snakes, lizards, ferrets, rabbits, mice, rats. Landlord reserves the right to prohibit aggressive pets or any pet deemed unacceptable.
