- We are a pet friendly apartment community! We are pleased to accept up to two pets per apartment with no weight limits. The pet fee is $350 for one pet and $500 for two pets. We also charge a monthly rent of $10. We do not accept certain breeds of dogs or mixes of the following breeds including: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, and St. Bernard. Snakes, spiders, ferrets and igu.
